Guayakí Yerba Mate - A Powerful Rainforest Experience

Makes enough for a round of gourd drinking.
Ingredients
- 6 Cups water
- 3 Tbsp Spearmint or Peppermint (fresh mint leaves or mint tea leaves)
- 6 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Lemongrass (optional)
Directions
- Add near boiling water to the mint leaves and steep for 5 - 10 minutes.
- Stir in the honey and Lemongrass. Keep it hot in a thermos or serve directly from the tea kettle.
- Add to your gourd.
