Spearmint Tingle

Makes enough for a round of gourd drinking.

Ingredients

    • 6 Cups water
    • 3 Tbsp Spearmint or Peppermint (fresh mint leaves or mint tea leaves)
    • 6 Tbsp Honey
    • 1 Tbsp Lemongrass (optional)

Directions

  1. Add near boiling water to the mint leaves and steep for 5 - 10 minutes.
  2. Stir in the honey and Lemongrass. Keep it hot in a thermos or serve directly from the tea kettle.
  3. Add to your gourd.
