Guayakí Yerba Mate - A Powerful Rainforest Experience
Guayakí Ginger Blast
Makes enough for a round of gourd drinking.
Ingredients
- 6 Cups water
- 3 Tbsp Fresh Ginger (chopped or shredded)
- 6 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice (optional)
Directions
- Boil the ginger for 5 - 10 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool for 1 minute.
- Strain the mixture to get just a clear ginger tea, then stir in the honey and lemon. Keep it hot in a thermos or serve directly from the tea kettle.
- Add to your gourd.
