What can i say, that has not been said already? My experience with mate has been one of the best things that I have done for myself, consistently. I'm a regular drinker of the bottled yerba mate (traditional). I have lost weight, my knees don't hurt anymore and my sense of mental clarity and spiritual well-being have been, well, astounding and very, very humbling. I would like to use this review to say "thank you, thank you, thank you Guayaki"!
