Traditional Yerba Mate Tea Bags

This is a great product! I was given some by a friend when she heard that I had had little sleep and too much to do. I'd never even heard about it. Within 10 minutes I was feeling far more alert than I would have believed...all without the jittery feeling I get when I drink too much coffee trying to acheive the same alertnes. And to find out it's good for me...what a bonus! This is now up there with my favorites. You HAVE to try this!

Just tried some for the first time about 2 weeks ago. I have been looking for a healthy alternative to coffee. This was a no brainer after the taste, health benefits, and regnerating the environment while providing jobs at the same time to help with the local economy. I highly encourage you to try some. I have been using the traditional mate tea and have enjoyed it very much. I read about it from Actress Lisa Rinna in a magazine article and boy have I been impressed. It has helped me relax and have relaxed by bowels. Customer for life. I just wish I could purchase it a store near me. But the coupon has helped. Thanks and keep up the good work.

I swear by this tea! I've been drinking Guayaki Yerba Mate for over 9 years. For years, I would get a cold every time the new school year would start. The cold would inevitably turn into strep throat. Since starting to drink this tea, I have not had strep throat once! When I start feeling like I'm getting a cold, I drink ridiculous amounts for a few days. The best part is that I am alert, focused and my cold goes away in a few days!

In 2007 I was diagnosed with IC aka painful bladder syndrome. Basically that means my bladder lining is gone. In my case, 97% of it. What this means is I have to be very very cautious of the liquids, solids, spices, and sauces, all the way down to the vitamins and herbs I take. I could not find anything to drink (that didn't having screaming in agonizing pain) besides plain water for over 7 months before I came across Guayaki. I tried the traditional and loved it and the feeling it gave me of actually being able to be normal again. The empowermint is an OBSESSION of mine. I came to this site and saw all the products and tried these tea bags. A great way to enjoy hot tea and still have my mate. I love it, and I would not trade it for the world. I love the bottled drinks a tad bit better, but when I am in the mood for hot tea this is all I drink. I also got my husband to drink it and he is not and never was the hot tea person. I am so glad tthere are people out there trying to get this product across the world. I hope one day it is as popular as any well known soda drink. I tell everyone I know about it especilly those with IC/PBS I make a point to inform people of it if they have been diagnosed. Although, in this little hick town I'm from it is hard to come across, and I can tell the knowledge is growing, I can't find my drinks anywhere now. As soon as they are put on the grocery shelves, if I am not there to get them that day they will all be gone within 3 days no lie! Same with the health food stores, so it is a great thing for the internet. I love it I recommend it highly!

I found the Yerba Mate to be very mild & better tasting than green tea. This has become my favorite morning beverage.

I fell in love with this tea after having it while on vacation in Canada. It's light, refreshing and absolutely delicious! I brew mine with a little agave nectar and then add frothed soy milk to make a latte. Nothing compares to it; it is the best there is!
